What do I do when I think I need a new roof, gutters or siding?

  • We will gather your contact information and a basic idea what you’re looking for.
  • You will be assigned to a friendly, trained, and knowledgeable Project Manager.
  • We will book an appointment your Project Manager to do a site visit. From that point forward they will be your point of contact for any questions you may have every step of the way.

Our goal is to provide you with the knowledge and share our expertise to come up with the best solutions for your situation.

  • The project manager will visit your home and get measurements, take photos, and make notes about the project.
  • Our project managers are trained to look at the condition of your property and will considerations to provide you with the knowledge to make the right decision.
  • Ideally you are home for this process:
    • To highlight any issues or concerns you’ve been having with the property
    • We walk you through the products we use and why we use them
    • We discuss your warranty options

Note: Depending on your location and availability, we have options to capture your property details either via smartphone app or satellite (depending on location and tree coverage) to expedite the process. A site visit will still be performed prior to signing the contract to finalize details but we’ve found the applications to be accurate enough to facilitate a great conversation and establish a budget for the project.

We believe a thoughtful approach to your project is the best method to provide you with 5-Star service. Each home is different and has unique challenges that need to be addressed with care. Each estimate has at least 2 sets of eyes that look at it before it goes to you, because of this we don’t offer instant onsite estimates. This approach allows us to be more thorough and accurate with our estimates. This helps reduce potential change orders later on in the project that may have been missed. We understand timing is important and the sooner you can have the information, the better. To accomplish this we have a 2-Day Turnaround guarantee.

Its important to remember that there will be significant debris coming off your property.  As you’ll see our crew does a thorough job protecting your property during the process but there are a few things you can do to help regardless of project type: 

  • Make sure to remove any delicate lawn & garden ornaments.  (Our crew can help move or protect larger furniture items) but small glass bulbs and ceramic garden ornaments are best removed prior to our arrival.  
  • The attic or top area of your home may have debris or dust fall from the ceiling.  This is particularly the case for older homes with exposed barn boards.  If you have items stored there you may want to consider covering or moving them.  We have rolls of plastic that can be used. 
  • Move cars away from the building so they are away from any falling debris.  
  • If your home is in close proximity to neighboring properties and we may need to go on their property to complete the work, having this conversation ahead of time can make the experience smoother and prevent surprises.  

Your project manager will be in touch with you as your project approaches to remind you and keep you apprised of material and dumpster delivery timing as well as the overall timing of the project.  We do our best to stick to scheduled install dates but weather and unforeseen issues on projects may cause slight delays.

What Time Will The Crew Arrive?

Our crews show up early in the morning, usually around 7am with crew sizes ranging from 6-12 members. We will arrive and complete the work in a timely manner and clean up after ourselves when we are done which includes disposal of debris.

How Long Will My Project Take?

While our top priority is the quality of your job, our well trained crews are able to complete most roof replacement and gutter installations in 2 days or less. Most siding jobs are completed in under a week.

How Long Does The Crew Work Each Day?

Our crews typically work until 5pm, and will leave the roofs water-tight before they leave each day. Daylight hours and weather can affect the amount of work that can be completed each day.

We’ll complete the installation process. If we find anything that requires price changes during the roof installation process your project manager will notify you and send photos of the areas noted.  This prevents any unforeseen changes to your final bill. If desired, we are happy to do a final walkthrough and make sure everything is how it should be.

Once we complete the work we’ll be happy to walk around the property with you and discuss the project.

Then we’ll send you a final bill. Like down payments the final bill can be paid via check, cash or credit card.

Once we’ve received your final payment, we’ll register your roof with GAF so your roof is protected for years to come. As GAF Master Elite Installers, we are able to offer the Golden Pledge Warranty.
