Lead Gutter Installer

JOB DESCRIPTION

Smith Builders roofing is looking for a skilled, career minded technician to manage our gutter installation division. Role includes operating machinery and managing our gutter installation services division. Candidates with 3+ years of experience installing gutters and operating gutter or roll forming machines are preferred. Work week is Monday through Friday.

Ideal Candidates:

• 1 year construction experience
• Has leadership abilities and works well in a team environment
• Can communicate effectively with both team members and customers
• Shows pride of work in maintaining equipment and job site cleanliness and order
• Must be 18 years of age
• Has valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Has reliable transportation
• Able to work year-round in all weather conditions
• Confident working at heights
