Asphalt Shingles are an affordable, durable and quality option to install on a new build or replace existing roofing. They provide great protection against Maine's extreme cold and summer heat. 

Our preferred asphalt shingle is an architectural shingle by GAF . We are GAF Master Elite Contractors and GAF President's Club Members. Which means we can offer superior warranties compared to other installers. Our best warranty is the GAF Golden Pledge Warranty; which is a 50 year product warranty and a 25 year workmanship warranty.

We install corrugated metal, and hidden fastener metal roofs. We measure your roof and will get panels custom-fit for your property.

A few benefits of metal roofs are ease of snow from the roof, increased energy efficiency from heat reflection, are long-lasting with minimal maintenance. Some customers enjoy the curb appeal a metal roof provides and there are a variety of color options to match your home's siding and trim colors.

Corrugated metal roofing is generally maintenance free but requires a reinstallation of the screws that hold the panels down every 15-20 years to ensure they remain water-tight.

Hidden Fastener is more expensive than corrugated metal roofing but does not require any re-installation for the life of the metal panels.

Our seamless gutters are printed on-site and are custom-fit to your home. Available in 5-inch and 6-inch widths, and in a wide variety of colors; our gutters protect your home from water damage. 

We install a variety of siding products to match your home's style, needs and your budget including vinyl siding, wood siding and metal siding.

Vinyl siding is an affordable option that has less maintenance compared to painting your home. 

We can install a variety of wood siding including LP SmartSide engineered wood siding.

Metal siding is an option for customers who want the durability and look of metal.

We also offer window replacements when installing new siding.

We have a certified mason on staff who can complete roofing related masonry work.

Your fascia and soffits are essential to protecting your home from water damage and preserving its structural integrity. 

If your fascia has damage like rot, water damage or missing boards; we can restore it to ensure it is properly protecting your property. Once restored we can install metal fascia wrap to protect it from future damage.

We can wrap your soffits in vinyl panels to preserve ventilation while maintaining weatherproofing.

We can repair any of the above services to keep your property in working order. 

Currently our minimum repair price is $750 and cost will be determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the travel distance, complexity of the project and the amount of materials needed. 

We currently do not work on standing-seam metal roofing and reserve the right to add contingencies or disclaimers on all repair requests.
