GAF President's Club Member
To be eligible for the GAF President’s Club; a roofing contractor must first be designated as a Master Elite Contractor, which is the highest level of accreditation in the GAF contractor program. This designation recognizes contractors who have demonstrated a commitment to quality and customer service and met rigorous criteria.
Once a contractor is a Master Elite Contractor, they must demonstrate excellence in three major areas to qualify for the GAF President’s Club. These areas include:
GAF Training Excellence: Contractors must demonstrate a commitment to training and development for their employees, ensuring they are knowledgeable, skilled, and equipped to provide the highest level of customer service.
GAF Installation Excellence: Contractors must demonstrate a focus on quality workmanship and a commitment to using only GAF products and services.
GAF Consumer Protection Excellence: Contractors must maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and demonstrate a commitment to consumer protection by providing extended warranty coverage for their customers.
Golden Pledge Warranty
The highest warranty offered by GAF, which can only be issued by Master Elite Certified installers. This provides a lifetime warranty for GAF shingles, a 25 year workmanship warranty (30 for Timberland UHDZ Shingles).
